If you need proof of insurance for your mortgage company, you can fax the request to them and they will send the proper documentation to your mortgage company.

Maintenance and Management
Contact Patty Madaris at the Madarinn Group if you have any concerns or suggestions about building maintenance. We use a work order system which tracks each issue until it is resolved.

Water leaks
- You are responsible for everything inside your condo - including maintenance of the doors and windows. The association is responsible for common property including the exterior of the building and utilities between the walls and floors that service more than one unit.
- Our insurance policy protects you and us from water damage from someone else's condo. Report damage to the association managers.
- If you have water that seems to be coming through your window during a storm, try replacing the caulk on the inside of the window, between the window and the wall. If this does not stop the problem, then the outside may also need to be re-caulked. Again, discuss with our association managers. (Be aware that storms on the Gulf can be extremely violent and some water entry is to be expected no matter how well caulked and sealed everything seems to be!)
- If you have water coming from some non-storm related place - like the ceiling, or through a wall from an adjacent unit - be sure to let the association managers know so that they can track down and correct the cause. See #2.
